The CraneSense LMI

The system consists of wireless sensors for load, boom angle, boom length and boom rotation.  All sensors communicate to a full color, touchscreen display panel that alarms visually and audibly.

Wireless Sensors

All sensors are completely wireless, battery operated and contain no physically moving parts.  The 'Plug-n-Play' architecture gets your components up and running in a hurry.

The LMI system is also modular, making components fast and easy to install, calibrate and swap out for future upgrades.

Data Precision

All sensors that measure load are accurate to within 0.1 lb, all length sensors accurate to within 0.1° and all length sensors accurate to within 0.1'.

The Display Panel alarms both audibly and visually when lifts are dangerously close to the set limits.

Fast Firmware

Firware updates are very fast and easy, with new code versions available via email.  Simply load the new software onto a USB drive and insert into the back of the Display Panel.  The system automatically handles the rest and notifies when complete.
